Ellyn Peabody

Director of Operations

Ellyn Peabody is the operations director for the foundation, overseeing grants management, office and facilities management and supporting the executive director on special projects and human resource development. Additionally, she and her team provide the back end operations for the foundation’s annual grantee gathering. Prior to joining The Schmidt Family Foundation, Ellyn held a similar role at Omidyar Network. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music from Johns Hopkins University’s Peabody Institute.
