Senior Investment Associate, Impact Investing

Tomas is a Senior Investment Associate for the Impact Investing program. Tomi supports due diligence, financial analysis and transaction execution for investment opportunities across all our issue areas, both in the U.S. and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining TSFF, Tomi simultaneously served as Head of Finance at ClearlyRated, a B2B SaaS company, and as an investor at Software Growth Partners, a private equity firm focused on lower-middle-market software companies. In these dual roles, he collaborated with CEOs, Boards, and management teams to enhance financial reporting, improve operational metrics, execute transactions, and drive strategic growth. Earlier in his career, Tomi worked in private equity and investment banking in Latin America, where he developed deep expertise in M&A, corporate strategy, and value creation.

Tomi holds a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA).
